We continued with the de-bulking until the majority of the lesion was gone.  It appears, now that the resection has been completed, that it actually involved about 50% of the circumference.  We will touch up the area with the argon-plasma coagulator.

The settings that we use are one liter of flow to prevent overextension of the colon. In the rectum we use about 60 watts of current.  In this case we will use 64 watts of current to reduce electrical interference.  In the proximal colon we use currents closer to 40 watts.
