We continue to resect the polyp. Because we are at the junction of the anal verge, we can easily remove the larger pieces of tissue. We have added a suction trap to catch the smaller pieces of polyp. If this was more proximal in the colon, a Roth basket could be helpful to collect the larger pieces of tissue.
